Processing orders takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Shipping is through the USPS. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days after your order has shipped. Make sure all shipping information is correct. DonDiva Boutique will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. In the event DonDiva Boutique receives a return package due to the provided address being incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for another shipping label before we will reship your item back out to you. After your order has been shipped and tracking number provided DonDiva Boutique will not be responsible for any problems with your delivery as you will need to contact your local post office for any and all issues. After items have been shipped out DonDiva Boutique isn't responsible for ANY damages done to ANY ORDERS and DonDiva Boutique will not refund or replace any broken items as DonDiva Boutique ensured before item went out that it was not damaged or broken. If there is a problem with your order once it's received, you have 24 hours to report issues with your order or no refunds or returns will be issued or accepted and if a return IS accepted you are responsible for any & all shipping fees.
